INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Approximately 1 Hour

Comprehensive initial appointment, 1:1 with your physiotherapist. Your history (story) will be taken, followed by assessment, diagnosis and plan. Treatment is included during this session as time allows.

PHYSIOTHERAPY FOLLOW UP

Approximately 30 mins

All of your appointment time is 1:1 with your physiotherapist and tailored to your specific needs and goals (acupuncture, taping, or other therapeutic modalities may be part of these appointments and are billed as physiotherapy)

PELVIC FLOOR PHYSIOTHERAPY

Approximately 1 hour

This comprehensive initial appointment is 1:1 with your Physiotherapist and may include both an external and internal component to the exam. Your Physiotherapist will educate you through each step of the process and work within your comfort level.

Initial assessment or Follow ups

Virtual physiotherapy continues to be a treatment option for those who need it. There are many effective components to a physiotherapy program that are not hands-on.

ACUPUNCTURE

(may be part of your treatment)

Neurofunctional acupuncture (or electro acupuncture) may be part of your physiotherapy treatment appointment, and will be booked and billed under physiotherapy.
