HOW CAN WE HELP
1:1
All of your appointment time is spent with your Physiotherapist. To optimize your time and strive for superior outcomes, there are no assistants used, no double bookings and minimal reliance on machine hook ups.
*unfortunately we are not booking patients with active WSIB or MVA claims at this time.
Private
Treatments are provided in clean private treatment rooms (versus open concept gym layout) to help you feel comfortable and encourage open communication between you and your Physiotherapist. This helps us consider unique aspects of your injury and recovery, both emotionally and physically.
Expert Knowledge
We are experienced in our field and have completed extensive post-graduate courses in orthopaedic physiotherapy. We are passionate about staying sharp in our skills, and connected to other colleagues in the healthcare community.
Everyday Aches and Pains
We treat everyday pains (the ones that creep up from nowhere, or keep coming back, or won't go away). We also play a big role in injury prevention and healthy aging. Whatever your goal, we will keep your best interests at the forefront.
Functional
We work together to set realistic goals that are important to you. A functional movement approach keeps treatments relevant to your life or sport, and the concepts learned can be used to treat or prevent injury on your own.
Networking
Physiotherapy isn't for everyone. That's okay. If something is holding you back that is outside of our area of expertise, rest assured we will steer you in the right direction. Our goal is to help you feel better and support you, whether that is through us or someone else.
